The Place, London
DeadClub™ was my second collaboration with Frauke Requardt and David Rosenberg which performed a sold out run at The Place, London in 2017.
I composed, arranged and produced the original score and sound designed the production.
The show featured songs with lyrics by David Rosenberg and a choir who represent the audience of a game show at a club for dead people.
To realise this project I was generously supported by PRS Foundation's The Open Fund for Music Creators which enabled me to work with award winning vocal director Professor Derek Barnes and a specially assembled choir to create the choral recordings.
DeadClub™ was commissioned by The Place, and co-produced by The Place and Fuel. Supported using public funding by the Arts Council England and the Wellcome Trust.

There are solos that make the most of Dave Price’s soundtrack, a sort of percussive ultra-lounge which adds hugely to the David Lynch vibe.
